The Constitution contains 4400 words and was meant to be *understood* by everyone. The infamous, Tax Code, contains 10,000,000 words and was intended to *steal* from everyone. Any questions? The 16th Amendment was never legally ratified, (see ?The Law That Never Was?) and the income tax has been declared unconstitutional by the SCOTUS. title 26 §1,61 and 63 of the united states code (passed by congress) imposes an income tax. §6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and §6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return. What do you know ,THERE IS A LAW REQUIRING YOU TO PAY INCOME TAXES!!! you have to pay your income taxes after all! I agree with you though we should end the fed.

The funds are used exclusively to service the interest on the debt that's imposed upon the American citizenry by the privately held "Federal Reserve" that creates our "money" fr. nothing, 99% of it as computer entries. @Tealy855 If you are a U.S. Citizen or live in the U.S., the income tax IS imposed on you. Not all income is taxable income, I already showed you what defines taxable income. Read this and then get back to me: Section 1, imposes the tax, Section 61 defines Gross income, and Section 63 defines Taxable income.
