I never was a huge fan of Fiona Apple back in the 90s but her songs were catchy. However, I always had to watch this video when MTV played it. So artistic and beautiful to watch. I want that house!

@comeawaywithme taylor swift is the first person that comes to my mind as the polarizing opposite of fiona apple. if both were tacos, swift would be bland and boring and fiona would be hot and spicy! but, yes, at 19, Fiona's lyrics are much more engaging/thoughtful/deep.. etc.

We need more 19 year olds in the business like this. I started listening to Fiona Apple when I was 14 and couldn't really get where she was coming from. Now I'm the age she was back then and it seems so real and true and there's a pithy quality to it. I don't mean to diss Taylor Swift, but she seems too fake and shallow...at least in comparison to people like Fiona before her...

this video covers so many feelings. its about her sins and how they effect ppl around her. It seems that she understands the mistakes being made and wont stop her actions. shes just looking for a way to make things stay the same and hopes ppl will accept the harm shes caused.
