@dstk618 the fat guy's lost son supposed to have a scar on the right hand. The young guy overheard the conversation between the fat guy and the rich girl's father. He wanted to change his life by stealing the son's identity. He hurt himself on the his left hand so he could get a scar. However, he mistook. The scar was supposed to be on the right instead of left. You should watch the first part of the video clip then you will understand the plot.
