If you?re smarter than a fifth grader, you know that the sixteenth amendment was never legally ratified and that the SCOTUS has declared the income tax unconstitutional. If you?re smarter than a chimp using a stick to capture termites for dinner, you don?t quote the tax code as if quoting the code proves it?s the law. Any questions? The bottom line: The income tax is illegal and should not be paid.

hey guys AGENT RETSQUID LIVES on thes post cause he works for the IRS and hates that ppl are winning in court I was up for a tax bill of 254k over a 10yr run and during that time I used my income to feed my kids and keep a roof over my head and the Irs tried to show I lived very well and I showed that to be wrong and after 3yrs and 11 court dates I won my case and paid nothing so his banter of tax law is BS you can win

@RetSquid always has the same thing to say but 861 will stand in court ha ha ha haHere is 'the law': Title 26 Section 1, imposes the tax Section 61 defines Gross income Section 63 defines Taxable income. Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and Section 6151 requires you? to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return. is bullshit I took on the feds and have won on every count

U.S. v Thomas, 788 F.2d at 1253. SCOTUS has NEVER declared the current income tax unconsitutional.
